Job:     Debt Counselor        Salary:   Annual basic plus Excellent commission and Benefits.

We have a number of positions for experienced debt counselors with at least 6 months experience. A sympathetic ear and the desire to help must be high on your agenda.
These are flexible positions and are available from 5 to 35 hours per week. You may work from home or from our office or a combination of the two. You must be computer literate as you will be working from our on line dialer and case management system.

Must have experience in one of the top 20 IP’s handling IVA’s. Must be highly motivated and hungry to take on a good size volume of clients. Must be very customer focused with excellent communication skills. There are excellent career enhancing options for those wishing to move on up.

Job:  Finance Negotiator

Must have at least 12 months experience handling loan enquiries in bound and out bound. Must be highly motivated and tenacious with a proven track record. You will need to demonstrate a wide lending knowledge and the ability to solve complex financial issues. You will of course need excellent telephone and communications skills. Must have at least 12 months experience with a top 20 Debt Management Company with a proven track record as either team member or team leader. Excellent telephone and communications skills are needed as well as a compassionate personality.
