Recover Studios UK Limited ("Recover", "Recover UK", "we", "us", "our") is a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16609467, with its registered office at Blackbrook Gate 1, Blackbrook Business Park, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 2PX. Our recovery studio is located at Quay Building, Taunton, TA1 1FB. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
2. The information we collect
We may collect and process: contact details you give us via our contact form, email or phone, including your name, email address and enquiry details; booking and membership information, including your name, contact details, and session or membership history when you book through our app or booking portal; payment information processed when you book a session or purchase a membership — we do not store full card details ourselves, payments are handled by our booking and payment providers; health information you choose to share with us, for example a medical condition, pregnancy or injury, so our team can advise you safely — this is "special category data" under UK GDPR and we only collect it with your explicit consent; website and technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies; and your marketing preferences, if you sign up to hear from us.
3. How we use your information
We use your personal data to: respond to enquiries and provide customer service; process bookings, manage memberships and take payment; operate our studio safely, taking into account any health information you share with us; send service-related communications such as booking confirmations and changes to opening hours; send marketing communications where you have consented, and let you opt out at any time; understand how visitors use our website using analytics cookies, to improve our services; and comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

We rely on: performance of a contract with you, for bookings and memberships; your consent, for marketing communications, non-essential cookies, and any health information you share with us; our legitimate interests, for example improving our services and keeping our studio and customers safe; and compliance with a legal obligation, for example tax and accounting records.
