TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. About us
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Recover UK website and your booking and use of sessions and memberships at our studio, operated by Recover Studios UK Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16609467), registered office at Blackbrook Gate 1, Blackbrook Business Park, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 2PX. Our studio is located at Quay Building, Taunton, TA1 1FB. By booking a session, purchasing a membership, or using our website, you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
Recover offers evidence-based recovery therapies, including Contrast Therapy, Infrared Sauna, Ice Bath, Compression Therapy, Traditional Sauna, and Red Light Therapy, available individually or combined within a session. Session availability, pricing and studio opening hours (currently Wednesday to Friday 06:00 to 19:30 and Saturday to Sunday 08:00 to 16:00) are shown on our website and booking app and may change from time to time.
3. Bookings
Sessions can be booked through our mobile app or online booking portal. You do not need a membership to book an individual session, although members benefit from unlimited access and priority booking windows. You are responsible for providing accurate information when booking and for arriving in good time for your session.
4. Memberships
We offer Standard and Premium membership plans, each with different levels of access as described on our Memberships page. Membership fees, billing frequency and any minimum commitment period will be confirmed to you at the time you sign up. You may cancel your membership in accordance with the cancellation terms provided to you when you join; please contact us at info@recoveruk.com for assistance.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices for sessions and memberships are as shown on our website and booking app at the time of booking and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at the time of booking or, for memberships, on the agreed billing cycle, through our booking platform.
6. Cancellations and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule a session free of charge through the app up to 2 hours before your session start time. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before your session, or missed sessions, may be subject to our standard cancellation charge, details of which are available on request. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to circumstances beyond our control, for example equipment maintenance, in which case we will offer you an alternative time or a refund.
7. Health, safety and eligibility
Our therapies involve exposure to heat, cold and compression and are not suitable for everyone. If you have a cardiovascular condition, are pregnant, or have any other health concern, we recommend you consult your GP before your first visit. You must tell us about any relevant medical conditions before your session so our team can advise you appropriately. You use our facilities at your own risk and must follow the guidance of our staff and any safety instructions provided at the studio. We reserve the right to refuse or end a session where we reasonably believe it is unsafe for you to continue.
8. Studio conduct
We ask that you treat our staff, other clients and our facilities with respect. We reserve the right to refuse entry or membership, or to end a session, if your behaviour is abusive, unsafe, or in breach of these terms.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law. Subject to this, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of our services, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant session or membership.
10. Website use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. All content on the website, including text, images and branding, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied or used without our permission. We do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free.
11. Third-party links
Our website may contain links to third-party websites, such as our Instagram page. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of third-party sites.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, and continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
